This one was done for a project entitled "Images That Lie", where we had to do a series of around 5 photomanipulations that shared a common theme and demonstrated subjects that don't exist yet. My series had this "science gone mad" theme, and in addition to the two I'm posting here, I also had one about the idea of a man-made Big Bang recreation, life prolonged to an excessive degree, and something else I can't remember. The problem was that I got so caught up in this image that I barely spent any time on the others. The other one I posted is the only other piece I liked from the set, although I like this one better.
Photomanipulation, comprised of pictures from the local library's stock image collection. The collection is made up of images taken from books and magazines, postcards, etcetera. The images that make up this piece are a hand holding a rabbit, a gerbil sitting on a lab table, a fly, and a rat.
